Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


 Before returning, please fill out the RMA request form for RMA #. Your RMA form will be emailed within 2 business days to be included on the outside of the box. You will have 30 days from the date of purchase to submit the form and 15 days from receiving the RMA to get the package to us. Your return will be denied if you do not fill out the RMA form or exceed the return period. A refund will be issued once the package has been inspected and approved. All refunds will go back in the form of the original payment method.

  • No returns will be accepted after 30 days from purchase date.
  • A 15% restocking fee will be charged on all approved returns.
  • All returns must be in original packaging and in like new or resalable condition.
  • Returns will not be accepted if the items have been installed or used.
  • Returns will only be accepted once RMA form has been submitted, copy of invoice have been provided and RMA tag has been issued.
  • All freight charges must be prepaid on returned merchandise. Shipping charges, insurance and international fees will not be refunded.
  • Any DENIED returns received must be claimed within 30-days of receipt. Retail customers and distributors agree to a mandatory forfeiture of all denied merchandise if not claimed after 30 days.
  • Only returns from direct retail customers who purchased from will be accepted.
